The permanent ability to reach us (24/7, 365 days the year), gives us the possibility to pick up your pet as soon as possible at your home or your veterinarian. The transfer rules of the agreement with the german veterinarian service will be followed strictly.

The pets will be kept in a climated storage until the next transfer to an eu-certified pet-crematory. Our rooms are certified and permitted by the veterinarian service. All bodybags will be registered and will get an individual registration-number, to make each single step from the pick-up until the return of the remains reconstuctable in transparence.

The Individual Cremation:
Your beloved pet will be cremated separate. For the return of the remains you can choose an urn (price depends on the type) or a transfer-urn (free). The remains will be returned with a certificate including all details about the cremation (e.g. name, date, time and crematory). This document is helpful to take the remains outside Germany.

The Standard Cremation:
Your pet will be cremated together with others. After the cremation, the ashes will be buried on the property of the crematory with the other pets or scattered on a meadow at a special area of the crematory. As your personal memorial of your pet, you will receive also a certificate with all details of the cremation.
